The Associated Rehabilitation Centre for the Handicapped (ARCH) is an absolutely non-profit making institution created to provide rehabilitation services to people living with disabilities to enable them to become sustainably re-integrated into society.
It was founded in 1986 as a Centre consecrated to social work by some goodwill Cameroonians to help people living with physical handicaps most especially children who suffered from the polio virus. It is presently owned by the Diocese of Buea and run by the Sisters of St Therese of the Child Jesus of Buea. ARCH is located at Mile 14, Dibanda village in Fako Division, South West Region, Cameroon.

To be a Centre of reference for rehabilitation services in the Central African sub-region by using Excellence as our watchword and doing ordinary things extraordinarily well.
Our Facilities
ARCH is well equipped with professional physiotherapists, orthopaedic technicians, shoemakers, auxiliary staff, an Orthopedic workshop, carpentry workshop for special disability equipment, well-equipped physiotherapy rooms for adults and children, a gym, well-equipped general and private wards for men women and children, good water cistern and kitchen.
